Antoine's wine parcours

France & Overseas

Antoine graduated in 2010 from a recognized French school of agronomy and oenology, and has since built his experience as a winemaker in France and abroad.

He started his journey in Burgundy and Jura regions, before traveling to “New World” countries to broaden his understanding of wine.

Back in France, he took on several technical roles with increasing responsibility in wineries across the Rhône Valley, working in renowned appellations such as Hermitage, Côte-Rôtie, and Châteauneuf-du-Pape.

Later, in Bordeaux, he had one of his most rewarding experiences as an oenologist and ambassador for the historic Château Pape Clément, Grand Cru Classé de Graves.

Antoine also made wine in the so-called “New World” countries. He traveled to Australia, South Africa, and North America to expand his technical experience. These journeys helped him understand very different terroirs, work with a wide range of grape varieties, and learn new winemaking techniques.

In 2012, he achieved the remarkable feat of completing three harvests in a single year, showing his strong work ethic, determination, and passion for winemaking.

Driven by his curiosity and desire to learn, Antoine used every moment between harvests to explore these extraordinary wine regions and deepen his understanding of their vineyards.

Later on, these enriching experiences opened the doors for Antoine to one of the most prestigious French appellations, the Grands Crus Classés of Bordeaux, at the renowned Château Pape Clément.

He first joined the technical team, before choosing to move into the role of International Wine Ambassador in order to explore another side of the wine world: international trade. In this new role, Antoine traveled the world and truly enjoyed sharing his passion for wine with both professionals and enthusiasts from all backgrounds.

This experience strengthened his desire to keep sharing his knowledge and passion, which naturally led him to continue this journey later in Prague.

In 2020, Antoine moved to Prague, in the Czech Republic. He quickly realized that interest in quality wine was growing, and that many people were not only enjoying good wine, but also becoming increasingly curious to learn more about it.

This inspired him to create a unique concept, built on his extensive oenological experience and international background, to share wine in a more personal and meaningful way.

Through this workshop, Antoine offers an exceptional experience where passion, knowledge, and discovery come together, allowing wine lovers to explore wine in a truly engaging and authentic way.
